Description of Service and Use

ProfessorIt.com is providing Members and Users with .How to. video viewing and .how to. video uploading. Member and Users must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for Member.s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees related with such connection.

Members or Users agree to the fact that ProfessorIt.com content may not be accurate, useful, or safe. In addition Members and Users further acknowledge that exposure to indecent, objectionable, offensive information. It is not ProfessorIt.com.s intention to post offensive or objectionable content. Members and Users will identify content that is objectionable or offensive. When ProfessorIt.com is notified of content that is objectionable or offensive, it will investigate and act in manner up to removal of the flagged content from the site. As a Member or User you indemnify and hold harmless ProfessorIt.com from all matters related to the site.  

All submissions are accessible by the public and ProfessorIt.com cannot guarantee or assure confidentiality of any and all submissions. In making submissions to the ProfessorIt.com website, the Member acknowledges that the public may use the content in ways uncontrollable by ProfessorIt.com.

In making a submission, the Member agrees that the content of the submission is original and is not in any way copyright infringement. The Member making submissions accepts all liability for copyright infringement. ProfessorIt.com will conduct due diligence to monitor content and will remove content that has been accurately identified as copyrighted.

Submissions can be removed without prior notice.

• Determine the appropriateness of user content and submission and is in compliance with its Terms of Service
• Terminate a Member account and/or remove content
• Revoke a Member account and ban further submissions of content

Members Account

All Members of the Service shall receive a password and an account based on complete and accurate information by the Member/User. Creation of Member accounts with inaccurate information is forbidden.  Members are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their account whether authorized or not authorized. Member accounts are only for the use by the Member and should not be used by other Members, nonmembers, or Users. Member agrees to notify ProfessorIt.com immediately of any unauthorized use of Member.s account or any other breach of security known or should be known to the Member (help@EinstienIT.com). Modifications and Interruption to Service

ProfessorIt.com shall not be liable to Member or any third party should ProfessorIt.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. ProfessorIt.com retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, ProfessorIt.com reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.

Other Terms
